The 2016 Aeros showcases a complex
bouquet of Blackberry, Roasted Coffee, New Leather, Sage, and Thyme. The palate
is rich and full highlighted with notes of Cassis, Dark Cherry, Plum,
Bittersweet Chocolate, and Fresh Tobacco Leaf. We paired the 2016 Aeros at this
year’s Aeros Dinner with grass-fed New York Strip Steak, Marrow Bone with
Candied Speck, Cauliflower Fritter, Bitter Greens, and Bordelaise Jus.
The 2016 State Lane Aeros is
beautiful now but will age gracefully over the next 10-15 years.
