2016 Goosecross Chardonnay

Bringing three fermentation elements together in one glass – steel tank, oak barrel and concrete egg – the 2016 Goosecross Chardonnay continues our passion of expressive wine making. With a stylistic foot planted firmly in France, the 2016 vintage shows a lot of Burgundian heritage. The glass hums with notes of citrus, green apple and white peach. There is a burst of purity and balance on the palate, with bold flavors of Meyer lemon, tangerine and brioche, accentuated by a layer of minerality and sweet tannin complexity.
